Return & Refund Policy

Since our cards are hand-drawn and often made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description.

Exchanges

Refunds

For custom orders, we will send a proof for your approval before finalizing the design. Please review it carefully. Once approved, no further changes can be made, and the order will proceed to production.
