Shipping

We aim to process your order within 1-3 days. During busy periods, holidays, or carrier issues, it might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We strive to keep shipping fees fair and reasonable, and we do not profit from them. Orders over €50 are eligible for free shipping within the Netherlands.

 

Track & Trace

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your order.


Returns

If you’re not satisfied, please let us know via email. We’ll get in touch to offer a suitable solution. Make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. This also applies to damaged items or defects. If possible, include a photo with your message.

Refunds

Damaged items will be refunded. If you’re not satisfied and want a refund, please contact us via email. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Canceling an Order

Made a mistake and need to cancel? This is possible within 24 hours, as long as the order has not yet been processed. Contact us as soon as possible—the sooner, the better the chance we can help. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Custom Requests/Collaborations

Contact us for (business) collaborations, (social) media inquiries, or B2B solutions.
It’s also possible to have personalized invitations, menus, or thank-you cards created for your party, reception, dinner, or wedding. Feel free to send us an email.
